DCL-02B can be used to drive valve or swinging arm with full range angle that is no more than 90 degree. The motor is automatically stopped by internal cams striking limit switches. Two more passive contact auxiliary limit switches are added to confirm valve position. Very compact size with unique design, the last stage drive with worm gear to insure self-locking.

DCL provides customized design service for some special requirements. All series actuator can set one more required middle position between full open and full close position. Wiring diagram can be designed per customer’s demand. Actuator with middle position is commonly used in applications that need a pre-set intermediate control position, such as T type 3-way ball valve.Actuators are tested to rigorous UL and CSA standards and certified by CSA.
