The DCL explosion-proof electric actuator can be equipped with an internal over-torque protection function. This design uses German-made disc springs, known for their long service life and minimal deformation under repeated compression, helping maintain a stable over-torque setting and prevent adjustment drift during long-term operation.

Suitable for more than 90% of explosive gas environments, excluding coal mining applications, the actuator incorporates flame-retardant motors and electronic components. All mating surfaces are strictly controlled and inspected at the supplier stage to ensure precise machining and narrow flameproof clearances, helping contain internal sparks within the enclosure.

The aluminum housing is die-cast using higher-tonnage equipment than that used for standard electric actuators, resulting in a denser and stronger structure capable of withstanding significantly higher internal explosion pressure.

The actuator has passed CSA testing in accordance with UL and CSA standards and complies with both Zone Classification and Division Classification systems for hazardous locations.
